REFUND GUARANTEE
StuffJunction.com offers our customers a 30-day (30 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except: Bulk Items We are unable to accept Bulk Items for return or replacement. We urge you to examine your product(s) upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package. To take advantage of StuffJunction.com 's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with StuffJunction.com 's Product Return/Exchange Procedure set forth below. Any breach of StuffJunction.com 's Return/Exchange Policy Procedure will result in the loss of StuffJunction.com 's return/exchange guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
Product Return Procedure:
To return a product based upon StuffJunction.com 's return/exchange guarantee, you must fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization form and submit it to our Returns Department in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guaranteed return period for the product(s) (described above).
StuffJunction.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which the product(s) must be returned to StuffJunction.com as per the email instructions sent to you. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product(s).
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product(s) to StuffJunction.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product(s) is missing and/or damaged, StuffJunction.com's Return Procedure will be breached and StuffJunction.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing and/or component(s).
StuffJunction.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges or the StuffJunction.com shipping charges incurred during the RMA process. Products being returned for a refund must be received by StuffJunction.com prior to 10 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund. StuffJunction.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
